Each of our 17 guest rooms and the three-bedroom carriage house are full of character, seamlessly blending old world southern elegance and modern comfort. Select rooms have working fireplaces and clawfoot tubs, and all rooms feature beautifully remodeled bathrooms with walk-in rain showers. Pets are permitted in designated rooms.
Hamilton-Turner Inn features 17 guest rooms and suites steeped in timeless southern romance and charm. Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway in Savannah, all rooms have been uniquely designed and furnished in a style befitting a historic boutique hotel. What they share is a rich character and style faithful to our origins as a private home built in 1873. Rooms are available in the Inn’s main building or the Turner Carriage House, a separate three-bedroom, three-bathroom residence with a parlor, garden access and a private entrance.
Select rooms feature original detailing like 11-foot windows, antique four-poster beds, exposed brick, fireplaces and clawfoot tubs. All rooms merge period décor that includes Oriental rugs, brocade wallpaper, antique light fixtures and lush draperies with modern touches like complimentary Wi-Fi and flat-screen televisions with cable channels. Beautifully renovated bathrooms have retained their vintage charm while incorporating modern luxuries like walk-in showers with rain showerheads, marble sinks and comfy bathrobes.
Complimentary amenities include morning coffee or tea, a chef-prepared southern breakfast, afternoon refreshments, evening wine and hors d’ oeuvres and a late evening port and cookies – all served in the parlor.
