This purpose built 4 Star beach resort on the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico features accessible accommodation with large roll in showers and gantry type hoists available. Designed and run by Bill and Thelma, Bill is a quadriplegic and always dreamed of opening a place where those in wheelchairs could vacation, alone or with their families, in comfort in a resort which met all of their needs and with activities in which everyone could participate. Nursing assistance is available if required.

The peaceful resort features nine universally designed intimate guest rooms featuring everything you might expect in a luxurious hotel, Mexican tile floors, large ceramic tile bathrooms, wheel-in showers, dark tropical hardwood cabinets, air conditioning, ceiling fans, all with a contemporary Mexican flavor.

Our Four Star restaurant is a place you will look forward to everyday because the chefs are masters at their craft! Once they get to know you, they will delight you by preparing your favorite dishes.

We have a gigantic Palapa down by the beach and many of our guests prefer to take their meals there. Sitting under the Palapa and enjoying a drink while watching the dolphins jump every morning and evening or our breathtaking sunset is a tradition.

The Resort, with 316' of beautiful beach is right on the Laguna de Terminos .(Mexico's largest lagoon) which is only one quarter mile boat ride or walk from the Gulf of Mexico.

We feature very large wheelchair bathrooms with roll-in showers, shower seats, roll-under quad lavatories  and ADA commodes.

About us

To people with disabilities, travel can be dangerous and a challenge, and yet we yearn for those adventures, the opportunity to be with our families and friends in new and exciting locales; to experience the richness of new cultures together and to build a tapestry of memories that surround us with their warmth when we go home.

Those yearnings drove Bill & Thelma to create a unique beach accessible Four-Star Resort in the little fishing village of Isla Aguada, Campeche on the Gulf side of the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico.

No stranger to Mexico, Bill, a quadriplegic from a diving accident on Nov 3, 1961 while serving in the  Marine Corps, lived in Cuernavaca, Mexico for several years where he met & married his beautiful wife of 48 years, Thelma.

They always dreamed of opening a place where those in wheelchairs  could vacation, alone or with their families, in comfort in a resort which met all of their needs and with activities in which everyone could participate.
