Rang to book a mobility scooter. Was told it would be there for me at 11 as arranged. I was to ring when I arrived and they would bring it to me. Rang when I arrived and they said they would be with me shortly. Waited over half an hour and rang again, only to be told I needed to drive to the orange parking area at the roundabout when you come in. My son was driving so we headed to find this area and couldn’t find it. We went back to the disabled parking in front of the welcome shop and met up with the people I had arranged to meet with to go shopping. I got so annoyed and cross that I just told my son to just take me home.
