Welcome to Tokyo Disney Resort! So that all Guests who visit Tokyo Disneyland Park or Tokyo DisneySea Park can feel at ease and enjoy themselves to the fullest, we have compiled this information on services and facilities that are available at the Parks for Guests with disabilities. Guests who have temporary physical impairments, who are expectant mothers, or who are elderly may also find this information helpful.

If Members of Your Party Become Separated

Inside Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, the Lost Children facilities will care for lost Guests age 11 years or under and those with mental disabilities. For Guests 12 years of age or over who become separated from their party, please contact the nearest Cast Member.

Central First Aid

When you feel unwell or need first aid assistance, please contact the nearest Cast Member. You will be shown to a first aid facility for treatment. Certain medications can be purchased here.

  • - If you are under any medication, be sure to bring your medicine with you.
  • - AED (automated external defibrillator) equipment is available. (AEDs are located in various areas of Tokyo Disney Resort. In case of emergency, please contact the nearest Cast Member.)

Priority Restrooms for Guests Using Wheelchairs

Wheelchair-accessible restrooms that have more space and that have facilities for ostomates are located throughout the Parks.

Drinking Fountains

Inside Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, drinking fountains are available in two different heights. If you require a cup, please contact a Cast Member at the nearest restaurant or refreshment facility.

Rental Wheelchairs / Motorized Wheelchairs

Guests may rent wheelchairs or motorized wheelchairs at Stroller & Wheelchair Rentals for a fee. Rental wheelchairs and motorized wheelchairs are basically for use inside the Park only. If you wish to take a wheelchair out of the Park to the Guest Parking area, please come back to this facility first for permission. An official ID (a driver's license, etc.) that has your home address is required. Motorized wheelchairs are available and can be rented by Guests age 18 and over (numbers are limited).

Disney Resort Line

This monorail system is convenient for getting around the Resort. There are four stations on the Disney Resort Line. For details such as fares and timetables, please contact Tokyo Disney Resort Information Center or a Cast Member.

  • Calls may be recorded to verify the contents of the Guest's request or to check the operator's handling of the call.

The four Disney Resort Line stations are: 
Resort Gateway Station (adjacent to Maihama Station and Ikspiari)
Tokyo Disneyland Station
Bayside Station (adjacent to the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Hotels area)
Tokyo DisneySea Station

For transportation between JR Maihama Station and Tokyo DisneySea, or Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta, Please utilize the Disney Resort Line from the Resort Gateway Station.

  • Elevators are available at each station.
  • There is a gap of 5 cm and about 3 cm difference in height between the platform and the monorail.
  • Please see a Cast Member to use a portable slope.
  • There are wheelchair spaces available in the 3rd and 4th cars of the monorail.
  • There are also priority seats in each car.

Guest Parking

Parking sections for Guests with disabilities are available at the Tokyo Disney Resort Guest Parking areas. If you need parking spaces which are wider or located near the main entrance of the Park, please ask a Cast Member at the Guest Parking toll gate.

Disney Resort Cruiser

A convenient, complimentary shuttle bus for getting around Tokyo Disney Resort.
The route between Disney Ambassador Hotel and Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea is exclusively for hotel Guests. Another route links Bayside Station on the Disney Resort Line and the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Hotels.

    I am partly disabled and was given a special access pass which helped me to hold my spot in the line without waiting. The disabled facilities were excellent. The Resort is neat and clean. The fast pass system works well for disabled people. The trip was good and would highly recommend to visit the Resort
