B+B York is a privately owned boutique bed and breakfast hotel, offering accommodation to our guests in the historic city of York. Situated just a few minutes stroll from the famous city walls, we offer the perfect location for exploring the heart of Yorkshire.

We have 26 bedrooms, ranging from cosy single rooms to a large family suite. As well as stylish, comfortable bedrooms and delicious breakfasts, the property hosts a cosy hotel bar, serving wine, spirits, and local ales.

Beloved by our many regular guests both old and new, the immensely popular B+B York joined  the B+B Collection at the end of 2015. The B+B concept is the brainchild of a group of like-minded professional hoteliers who have rewritten the rules and created a new style of bed and breakfast hotel for the 21st century.

Bed & Rooms

26 Rooms (19 Newly Refurbished)

B+B York offers 19 newly refurbished rooms incorporating the charming quirks of our Victorian building. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, with flat screen digital TV, direct dial telephones with free UK calls and free wifi connection.

Each of our bedrooms & bathrooms have a different size, outlook and features. All have private en-suite with shower and all feature as standard, a Flatscreen Freeview TV, free wifi, a hospitality tray, comfortable Airsprung beds, controllable heating, towels, toiletries and hairdryer.

We also have some luxury rooms for those looking for a special break - The Clifton Suite and our Bootham Suite. If your budget allows we recommend taking a larger room if your stay is over 3 days or travelling long haul, however all rooms are most comfortable if on a restricted budget too.

The B+B is made up of three buildings that surround our Courtyard Car Park, the main building houses most of the bedrooms as well as Reception, Savages Bar & Lounge, and the Breakfast Room. The remaining buildings are located to the back of the main building are York House and The Cottage.
