Read All ReviewsI have asked hotel if the rooms were wheelchair friendly prior to booking and the answer was all our rooms are wheelchair friendly so I booked our room for 2 nights. I was only able to enter the wheelchair to my room and not to the bathroom as it was the entrance was too narrow. So it was a short trip down to 5 floors in the lift to go to the disabled toilet which is on the ground floor. A disabled parking space was reserved on the forecourt as requested. However the staff will try to help. Kindly avoid if you can.
