Read All ReviewsBooked an Accessible Room during my stay at this Hotel. My room was on the 29th floor, near the elevator, the bed was comfortable but the hall way noise was intrusive. Apart from it there were no such problems. Bathroom had roll in shower which was nice to use but there was no counter top for any toiletries, the one small thin shelf would have been over the height that a person in a wheelchair could reach. Staff was polite and were prompt in providing service once i made complaint.
