The house was custom built for wheelchair use. It features wide doorways and rooms, and there is step-free access throughout.

Terrain Around Property:
The driveway area is somewhat bumpy ( not as bad as gravel ) , but you can pull up immediately next to the front door. There is also a 1 car garage. The terrain is relatively flat.

Welcome to Chill Lake House! Situated directly on the shore of beautiful 7 mile long Pemaquid Pond, this stunning 3,000 square foot house has been completely renovated and to provide you with comfort, beauty and an abundance of upscale amenities. Although it's very private and quiet, you are only 1/4 mile to Route 1 and within a half hour to Boothbay, Camden, Pemaquid, Rockland and Bath. Chill Lake House is the perfect home base for your mid-coast vacation!

The house was designed specifically with accessibility in mind. It provides wheelchair access from the entry all the way to the private dock. The interior space is very open and there is an elevator. There is a queen bedroom that has an attached bath with roll-in shower, roll under sink and grab bars. For peace of mind, there is an emergency exit directly from this 2nd floor bedroom with an exterior ramp and a back up generator. Even the dock is accessible and can be enjoyed by all. The main level features a large open floor plan with a gas fireplace and central air conditioning. The new kitchen has all new stainless appliances, including a gas stove/oven and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms on the main (2nd) floor, all with new mattresses and their own attached bathroom.

On the lower level, there is another large living area with a 50" flat screen tv and a huge wood burning fireplace.

The house sits at the end of the private road on the shore of the lake. There is a yard and a private dock from which to enjoy boating, swimming and fishing. There is a fire pit and several adirondack chairs in which you can relax. We now also provide guests with the use of 2, 10ft recreational kayaks

We also stock the lake house with high quality duvets and sheets, cozy bath towels and new beach towels.
