"Clisham" offers B&B accommodation in a family home set in its own ground situated in the peaceful seashore village of Pirnmill on the north-west coast of Arran, with private off road parking, 6 miles south of Lochranza and the ferry to Claonaig
The views from the house are spectacular, looking out over the sea to the Kintrye peninsula. In the evening, relax unwind and watch the sun cast its last rays of sunlight across the sea before dropping behind the hills of Kintyre. Everyone will be made to feel welcome, from visitors wanting to enjoy the delights the island provides, to those looking for a relaxing holiday or short break, to walkers and cyclists. If you are island hopping we are a short distance from Lochranza and the ferry to Claonaig. In the evening you can dine out at the highly rated Lighthouse Restaurant, a 2 minute walk from the house, where you are welcome to take in your own wine. Or take a short drive to either Catacol or Lochranza.
We have 1 double room, plus large ensuite, with ample shelving for bits and pieces, both rooms with sea views. LCD TV with DVD tea/coffee making facilities & 1 twin (which can be made up to king size) room with its own handbasin, with sea views. LCD TV with DVD tea/coffee making facilities and large private/ensuite bathroom with shower within a private area of the house.
In the morning enjoy the view of the sea from the dining room while eating a breakfast of your choice, anything from a light breakfast to a full Scottish Breakfast.
