Rhona and Caroline Erskine, resident proprietors, extend a warm welcome to their guests at the Carradale Hotel. Situated in the heart of the village, with large mature garden, Arran views and adjacent to the local 9 hole golf course, the hotel has everything Carradale has to offer on its doorstep.
Carradale is an ideal base to explore the Kintyre Peninsula and its neighbouring islands. The village was built upon the herring industry and just 'down the hill' is the harbour, with its small fleet of boats still battling the elements and landing a daily catch of langoustines.
Travelling along the shores of Loch Lomond, Loch Fyne and then finally to Carradale taking in some of the most spectacular scenery Scotland has to offer, the hotel offers a relaxed and informal atmosphere with numerous areas to relax and unwind in.
Rooms
The hotel has 6 double and 3 twin bedded rooms, all individually decorated and with en-suite bathrooms, central heating, tea and coffee trays and colour Freeview TVs.
With views across the garden towards the Isle of Arran and across the golf course, our aim is to help you unwind and relax in comfort. We are also able to offer room service, wake up calls, laundry facilities and packed breakfasts and lunches.
The stylish, country-inspired rooms are individually decorated with a mix of traditional and modern furnishings. They feature en suite bathrooms, TVs, tea and coffeemaking equipment, and garden views. Room service is available.
The airy restaurant has vaulted ceilings and serves local seafood and game. There are 2 bars; 1 with a TV, pool table, darts board and board games, the other with a conservatory and outside dining. The lounge has a fireplace, library and leather sofas.
