Read All ReviewsWe booked Accessible room at this Hotel during our last visit to London. Check in experience was smooth and we were directed to our room. Inside, room was of decent size and bed was comfortable, door to room and bathroom was wide enough. Bathroom had a lower toilet seat which was a good thing for us, all things were at proper height and we did not faced any challenges in our room and bathroom. We also used Spa and it was very relaxing. Overall we had a good time and can recommend this hotel to other travellers. Above all, Staff were at their very best and they did took extra care for all the disabled guests.
