We have 24 recently refurbished bedrooms to a 3* plus standard all fully en-suite and offers first class bed and breakfast accomodation. The Rowantree hotel is somewhat unique to Oban – a town centre hotel with its own large car park, free to hotel residents.

There is also a fully licensed Char-grilled Steakhouse Restaurant specialising in a wide range of Steak Dishes as well as the more traditional ranges of fare which is open from 12pm – 10pm every day using locally sourced beef. We do not compromise on food – our breakfasts offer a great choice and are top quality. Choose from a full Scottish Breakfast or Kippers plus cereals, fruit, yogurt and cold meats.

Our spacious Family Room is ideal for couples with young children or families on a budget. The comfortably furnished room will sleep 3-4 people and has plenty of space for a family and their holiday luggage.

Read All ReviewsBooked this hotel for an overnight and the hotel rooms have just refurbished and they are super. There is no disabled access no lift and no porter. The bathroom is too small for a bath and to get in to use the shower, needs care to avoid the W.C. Rowantree provide free onsite parking. Many changes require in the hotel for the disabled user.
