Read All ReviewsOn both sides leading up to the hotel – is rather steep and a disabled, wheelchair user or elderly may struggle with the climb and descent. Great staff who were extremely helpful. The only thing we felt should be addressed by the hotel is there is no lift to the reception level which meant carrying suitcases up a flight of stairs —we felt this was a bit of a design fault and at a minimum there should be a bell at the front door so guests could summon assistance on arrival . Free parking out front of hotel was a plus too
