The Old Manse is a fine victorian villa built in 1865 which provides first class bed and breakfast accommodation in the lovely west coast town of Oban.
We have stunning views over Oban Bay to Mull and are just a five minute walk from town. The landscaped garden provides a peaceful spot take in the views.
We have King, Double, Twin en-suite rooms and a Family Suite of two interconnecting rooms. Free parking for all and free Wifi. Breakfast is cooked to order; from porridge and pancakes to steamed fish and full Scottish. We look forward to welcoming you.
Rooms
We have King, Double and Twin room, all en-suite, plus an interconnecting Multiple occupancy suite. All offer a high standard of comfort and free Wi-fi along with little extra touches.
Some have sea views and all offer a peaceful night´s sleep. We allocate rooms on arrival but do get in contact if there is a specific room you would prefer so we can manage expectations.
Simple rooms have en suite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, and tea and coffeemaking equipment. Some rooms have sea views. There's also a family suite with 2 connecting rooms.

Breakfast is served in the sunny dining room overlooking the garden. From porridge and pancakes to smoked haddock and full scottish we aim to provide a varied menu. Gluten free and vegetarian menus available. Early breakfasts, a packed breakfast or breakfast in your room can be pre-arranged.
Porch:
Free tried and tested walks and day trips sheets . From wet weather days, family daytrips to local walks in woodlands or on Mull.
