Told of disabled parking on street but no availability of disabled parking on our arrival which leads to the first disappointment of our stay. The disabled rooms on the ground floor are dark dingy and bedding need upgrading. Decor in these rooms need to be light and welcoming they are not. Disabled access and disabled rooms and showers were good otherwise. Overall average experience to this hotel.
