It’s all things great and small at Lee Wick Cottages and Glamping in the north Essex countryside – the site itself is petite yet pretty, perfect for families and couples and comes with 2 cottages (rated 4 stars by Visit England), 3 glamping MegaPods for Mega glampers and 1 CargoPod all with their own loo, shower and sea views!

The Cart Lodge is our largest property and sleeps up to 11-12 people. Situated on a quiet lane away from the main farm, the building dates from the previous century and has been tastefully converted leaving some features from it’s previous life. There are 4 bedrooms and a sofabed available, sleeping 12 people maximum.

It has been rated 4 stars by Visit England and has an M2 mobility rating, (typically suitable for a person with restricted walking ability and for those that may need to use a wheelchair some of the time).

Inside you will find a large open plan kitchen, dining area and living room with log burner. A good sized utility room is adjacent to the kitchen.

The spacious ground floor family sized bedroom and en-suite bathroom are also suitable for those with wheel chair needs as the property has an M2 mobility rating.

Upstairs, there is another large comfortable living area with sea views over the estuary and a sofa bed, plus two twin bedrooms with main bathroom adjacent to them and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities.

The Cart Lodge has a courtyard garden which stretches along two sides of the building and this contains tables, chairs and that all important bbq for sunny days.

A large secure storage area can be found behind the building, suitable for bicycles or windsurfing equipment for those of a sporty nature.
