Chiverton House is a fine Victorian granite house. With it's timeless elegance, it echoes the romance of yesteryear and combines it with the comfort and style of today.

We are ideally situated on level ground in a quiet road just off the promenade. It's a short walk to the main shopping centre, public parks and gardens, cinema, museums and art galleries. It is also very convenient for the main line rail station, coach station, harbour and heliport for trips to the exotic Isles of Scilly.

We have 6 rooms arranged over the first, second and third floor. All of the rooms are stylishly furnished and have en suite facilities. They are centrally heated and equipped with wash basins, shaver points, hairdryers, tea and coffee making facilities, colour televisions and alarm clocks.

Enjoy our delicious freshly cooked breakfasts. We use local produce where possible and cater for a variety of special diets (e.g. vegan, coeliac). Breakfast options include traditional English breakfast, vegetarian breakfast, continental breakfast and fresh fruit platter.

As well as our beautiful rooms we can also offer the following:

• Free access to the guest house - You are free to come and go as you please
• Parking - There is plenty of unrestricted parking to the front of Chiverton House
• Children Welcome - Only children over twelve years of age accepted.
• Group Bookings - For up to 12 people and exclusive use of the guesthouse can be arranged.
• No Smoking - We are a non-smoking guesthouse.

The 6 rooms have unfussy modern decor, wood furnishings and en suite bathrooms, and offer free WiFi, flat-screen TVs with DVD players, and tea and coffeemaking equipment.

Full English, vegetarian and continental breakfast options make use of local ingredients, and are served daily in a restaurant-style dining room with intimate tables and a charming fireplace. Street parking is available.
