Warwick House is a charming Regency period Guest House built in Penzance in the 1830’s and now a listed building with superb views of Mount’s Bay.

Our Guest House enjoys an enviable position in Penzance with the promenade in front of us, whilst the quaint inns and restaurants of historic Chapel Street lie behind us.

Penzance is the perfect base to discover Cornwall. St.Micheals Mount, Lands End, St Ives and the inspirational Minack theatre are close by. The Eden Project and Isle of Scilly can be easily reached from the Guest House.

Our Penzance Guest House accommodation is convenient for travelling by car or by foot. We have our own car park and are ideally positioned for the Train/Bus station and Skybus Shuttle. The Isles of Scilly Ferry is a 5 minute walk.

The Guest House is totally non-smoking. Free wireless broadband internet access use for guests.

Bright rooms feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and en suite bathrooms, plus tea and coffeemakers. Some add sitting areas and sea views. A split-level cottage with a kitchen and a lounge is also available.

• Warwick House has eleven wide steps up to the front door with a handrail.

• Facilities of the guesthouse and guestroom will always be explained in person on arrival.

• Water bowls provided for service dogs.
• There is no lift provided at Warwick House.

• Access from the entrance / hallway (there are 3 bedrooms on this level) to the dining room and lounge is down 13 steps with handrail.
• Access to the second floor bedrooms is by 17 steps with handrail.
• Guestroom televisions have Teletext subtitles.
• Guest information folders and breakfast menus are available in large print format.
• 1 guestroom on the entrance level has been equipped with a larger shower.
• Food Allergies can be catered for with notice.
• Breakfast is waiter service; we are on hand to help.
