Read All ReviewsThere are about 5 steps to get into the reception area. I don’t think it’s too suitable for disabled access from what I could see as it’s in an old building. Staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful, hitting just the right note. The rooms are very basic and in need of attention. The bathroom was so tiny the door wouldn’t open fully because of the shower rail (yes, it had a curtain!) and the towel rail was behind the door over the bath so impossible to access without fully closing the door.
