The Bay Hotel is set in a unspoilt coastal location in the picturesque fishing village of Coverack on the glorious Lizard Peninsula, near Helston, Cornwall. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty with nearly every room in the hotel having stunning, uninterrupted sea views across Coverack Bay. The Bay Hotel is a stone’s throw from Coverack beach makes it ideal for meandering along the sea front or shoreline, sailing, swimming and dolphin watching. The bay is also ideal for kayaking, windsurfing and paddleboarding.

The Bay Hotel offers a friendly, relaxed but attentive setting in which to escape the stresses of everyday life. While away the hours in beautiful surroundings and perhaps enjoy a Cornish Cream Tea or glass of Champagne on the terrace and gaze at the sea with no traffic and no crowds to disturb you – or relax with a book in the garden or lounge.

While we have no telephones in the rooms so you can fully relax, there is complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel. Coverack also has no mobile reception so you really can get away from it all.

Rooms

All of our rooms are decorated in mellow, coastal, sea side tones, have fresh, crisp, white Egyptian sheets, fluffy duvets and nearly all have stunning views of the sea across Coverack Bay.They have flat screen TVs and hospitality trays with tea and coffee making facilities.

Bright rooms in nautical tones feature sea views, TVs, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffeemaking equipment. Upgraded rooms add separate sitting areas and balconies or terraces.

Full English breakfast and parking are free. Other amenities include a restaurant, a bar and a guest lounge, plus gardens.

We have different room types, all are doubles/twins and are on the 1st and 2nd floor with one Suite and one Bay View room on the Ground Floor.

Rates are per room per night based on 2 people sharing a double room inclusive of full Cornish Breakfast cooked to order, 3 course candlelit dinner with coffee and VAT.

Single Occupancy and Bed and Breakfast room rates are also available.
