I am disabled and they claim to be disabled/wheelchair friendly. The wet room door nearly impossible to use by me unaided, as were all other fire doors. No wheelchair access to the restaurant or gardens and a poor, steep ‘slope’ for access to reception. I have mobility issues so checked before I booked that there was plenty of disabled parking and that I could have a room on the ground floor as there was no lift. I arrived and parked but then had to walk up two steps to get in. Sadly bathroom was a shower over the bath which meant I was unable to shower.
