Brook Farm is a 17th century listed house set in 5 acres of gardens and meadows with rural views of the beautiful Kent countryside. 5 Star Gold luxury bed and breakfast in Woodchurch, near Tenterden, Kent. Luxurious bed and breakfast accommodation in the converted barn adjacent to the main house provides guests with privacy and their own access to come and go as they please. Guests are welcome to use the Heated swimming pool during the summer months (by prior arrangement).

B&B Accommodation is in the purpose converted barn seperate to the main farm house. Our rooms are en-suite and are well sized, having solid oak flooring, ledge and brace doors and beautiful French oak furniture. Breakfast is cooked on the AGA using locally sourced and Organic produce where ever possible. There are two lovely pubs within walking distance in Woodchurch village, whilst Tenterden is just 3 miles away and Rye only 10 miles. Please note that we are not a working farm and for the comfort of all our guests we are unable to accept any pets (except guide dogs)

En-suites have high pressure shower, heated towel rail, luxury towels and complimentary slippers and toiletries.

Rooms have Flat Screen TV with built in freeview channels, Free Wi-Fi internet access, hairdryer, clock/radio alarm and CD player. Heating controls are totally independent allowing guests full control of their own environment.

We also provide a hospitality tray with a selection of teas, coffees, biscuits and bottled mineral water.

A comfortable nights sleep is aided by the crisp white linen on the kingsize beds. The beds are provided by Hypnos and are the exact same ones they supply to many top hotels, including the 5 star Skibo Castle in Scotland (where Madonna and Guy Ritchie were married).

For the comfort of all our guests, we operate a no-smoking policy throughout the premises. For your added safety, smoke detectors are installed in every room and linked together.
