The holiday park is situated on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with stunning Isle of Wight countryside views from all over the park grounds. We have grass, hardstanding and water serviced pitches for touring caravans, motorhomes and tents and we have 65 high quality, superbly maintained holiday caravans (statics). There is also "Orchard House", a spacious, 4 bedroom family holiday home, (sleeps 10) to rent with its own garden and patio area.

We have 5 pennants from The AA and we are a Best of British Holiday Park. We have won Practical Caravan's Top 100 caravanning holiday sites award for "Overall Winner" for the last 2 years. Our other facilities are a heated indoor pool, with poolside coffee shop (open all season), a heated outdoor pool and baby's paddling pool, (open late May to early September), a large well stocked shop, take-away, play areas, table-tennis, pool room and dog walking area. We also have WiFi at a small cost.
Accessible Friendly:
We have 2 accessible friendly caravans.(4 berth) The Sovereign and the Gold Sovereign. ( See the Caravan Guide on our own website for more details and pictures.) The Gold Sovereign delivers all the great features and quality you would need in a holiday home combined with the accessibility required for people with specific needs, or if you desire a caravan with plenty of space and the luxury of 2 spacious bedrooms for you to enjoy your time to relax and unwind.

Holiday Caravans:
The holiday caravans are attractively laid out with trees and pathways between. Most have double glazing and central heating. All are well maintained and spotlessly clean. All have a fire, toilet, shower, colour TV, DVD player, microwave and a fully fitted kitchen. We have 4 and 6 berth caravans available. This year we have purchased 3 new Roxbury caravans to add to the 3 we bought last year. All 6 have high specification interior, spacious decking and superb views overlooking rolling countryside.
