Treverbyn House occupies a commanding position in the picturesque village of Veryan, in the heart of the Roseland Peninsula.

Treverbyn House offers Bed & Breakfast accommodation between Easter and October.

Our aim is to cater for the needs of all of our guests in our home based three bedroom Bed & Breakfast.

Treverbyn House has been inspected and accredited by Quality in Cornwall and meets there standards for Serviced Accommodation.

An extensive breakfast menu is provided and packed lunches can also be ordered.

BED & BREAKFAST - OUR ROOMS

There are three en-suite bedrooms, a Twin with bath & shower, a Double and a Single each with showers.

• All bedrooms have tea/coffee making facilities, mineral water, clock/radio alarms, Freeview digital televisions and hairdryers.
• All showers/bathrooms are equipped with quality toiletries and tissues.
• All bedrooms have double glazing & central heating with additional electric fan heaters.
• The rooms are cleaned daily.
• Pets are not accepted in the house.

Arrival & Parking Facilities

• We are situated almost in the centre of the village of Veryan at the lower end of the hill on Tollyfrank Hill which leads to the beaches of Pendower & Carne (1 Mile).
• On arrival at the property, guests’ private parking is off road just past the house on the right in marked bays.
• There is a low kerb by the side of the road & parking is on a slight gradient. The parking area is adjacent to the main entrance to the house.
• Assistance with luggage is always offered to guests on arrival and departure.

Public Areas – General (Internal)

There is a very short walk from the breakfast room along the hallway to the fully carpeted stairs (86cm wide). Hand rail on left. There are 11 steps to a half landing & then a u turn with 5 steps to the main landing & bedrooms.

• There are no toilets on the ground floor.
• Guest bedrooms are all en-suite.

Laundry

We do not a guest laundry service however we will always offer to dry wet clothes & walking boots etc. Trays for wet boots will be provided.
