Stayed here last summer with my family. We had a pre booking for accessible room, staff was kind right from the front desk, they made us understood regarding all the facilities and quickly transferred us to our room on ground floor. It was a superior double room, spacious and all things were within reach, bathroom was accessible including shower, only problem there was a very small step from bedroom to bathroom which can be negotiated though. Staff was kind and highly accommodating.
