We can offer ample safe parking, a quiet location, free Wi-Fi on your own laptop (within Sunnyside), flat screen TVs with Free view, top quality beds and linens, some ground floor rooms, credit cards taken and VAT registered, children welcome.
So whether your stay with us is for business or pleasure, a brief one-night stop or staying for a few days, we aim to make your visit a relaxing and pleasurable experience.
Please note, staying on a working arable farm will mean that during our busy time there will be certain amount of dust and noise.
Our Self Catering Cottages

At Highfield Farm B+B we have two bedrooms on the ground floor.
Each has one step at threshold, and the showers are ‘step-in’.
All day rooms are on the ground floor with one step to enter the main public area.
Two self catering cottages have M2 grading and so are wheelchair accessible, each has one step at the threshold and a ramp can be made available. Once in the cottages all rooms are on one level.
There is parking available nearby.
All other cottages are on the ground floor, our cottages and B+B rooms are different from each other so it is always best to ensure at reservation you are suited.
Our Self Catering cottage at Bourne End is on the ground floor, there is a step between the bedroom and all other areas.
