Read All ReviewsIt was my second stay over here for one night and it was just as nice as the first stay, the staff was very good at this hotel always pleasant, the location next to Brentford lock is very pleasant. Got the disabled friendly room which was excellent. The room had all the disabled facilities inside with accessible bathroom along with walk in shower. Beds and pillows most comfortable of all time. My only negative feedback regarding this hotel is parking charges for the disabled, I have a blue badge and have to get around on a scooter but they do charge. Overall great stay for me.
