Read All ReviewsGreat location just a block away from Nyhavn with a lot of pubs and restaurants. Check-in and service in general was efficent and friendly. Two steps up from street level, so not friendly for wheelchairs. I had a superior room, large with a fantastic view of the new opera, theatre and harbour. Lightning in the room was poor. Large bathroom with a great shower, good water pressure. This hotel is not fully wheelchair accessible. Also no accessible toilets. Management should install ramp at main entrance and in restaurant. Average stay as i am disabled.
