As a wheelchair user, I can easily found the Level Access ramp into the Hotel and were politely escorted to the Reception area. Negative point from my side, the entrance needs to have wheelchair access or there should be a back door of some kind. Rather everything is good. I will certainly use it again when I am in this area.
