A waterside Lincoln hotel near the city centre, with free WiFi, a laid-back sports bar and a Starbucks coffee shop
Holiday Inn® Lincoln hotel sits on the lively Brayford Waterfront, an area lined with bars, eateries and entertainment spots. It's less than half a mile from Lincoln Central station and about an hour's drive from both East Midlands Airport (EMA) and Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Sheffield (DSA). A short stroll takes you to shopping in the High Street Quarter or to performances at Lincoln Theatre Royal or The Engine Shed.
You can host an event for up to 40 people in the hotel's well-equipped meeting rooms. Business guests are close to city-centre appointments and within 15 minutes' walk of conferences at the Cathedral Centre. The University of Lincoln is just across the water.
Indulge in retail therapy at Waterside Shopping Centre, a seven-minute walk from the hotel, or browse independent shops and cafés along Bailgate and Steep Hill, also a short stroll away. Step into history at Lincoln Castle and medieval Lincoln Cathedral. Both are less than a mile from the hotel.
Relax with a drink in the Sports Bar or a workout in the mini gym. Enjoy waterfront views from the Brayford Room restaurant, then choose from a pillow menu for a good night's sleep. Kids stay and eat free.

Read All ReviewsThere are 2 disabled parking bays outside the front of the hotel and a ramp into the building but once up the ramp there are 2 heavy doors that are not automatic impossible to open if you are in a wheelchair and no staff around to help. i stayed in disabled room on the ground floor with wet room. The toilet was also temperamental liable to the flooding issue. The room was overly hot but it was very clean. The reception staff were friendly as were the restaurant staff and the breakfast was very good with a wide variety and good service. Lack of little accessibility.
