Wadebridge is one of North Cornwall’s main market towns and has much to offer visitors of all ages and interests all year round.You are also very close to the wonderful Camel Trail, and just a little further, the quaintness of Padstow famed for its cuisine, the sandy beaches of Rock and Newquay the surfing capital of Cornwall. The historic town of Bodmin and the famous Bodmin Moor a short drive away.

Andrew and Jayne and their daughters Carrie-Ann and Louisa-Jayne are an established third generation farming family at Burlawn Farm. The attraction was simple. A wonderful location, with unrivalled views or the Cornish landscape, perfect for the lifestyle that brings them so much pleasure and satisfaction.
Andrew works the 112 acre farm with a herd of mixed beef cattle . Carrie-Ann works locally for Cornwall Council and Lousia-Jayne as a teacher at a nearby primary school.
Jayne’s passion is cooking and making a comfortable home for her guests and family. Her free range hens provide ample eggs for her sumptuous breakfasts and home baked cakes and puddings. Andrew and Jayne would welcome an opportunity to show you around their farm and answer any questions you may have about their wonderful farm here in Cornwall.
Our Rooms
Upon arrival we offer you a traditional Cornish cream tea with delicious homemade scones, local strawberry jam and a generous dollop of Cornish clotted cream. This can be taken in the dedicated guest lounge or you may prefer to take in the views from the garden.
You are welcome to relax in our comfortable guest lounge that is equipped with flat screen TV and a wood burning stove.
The breakfast room is light and airy with 2 individual tables with each table having seating for two guests.
We believe that breakfast is an important part of your stay. The traditional Cornish breakfast consists of local bacon and sausage, mushrooms, tomato and fresh eggs to your liking, laid especially for you by our free range hens. We also provide a choice of cereal, fruit juice and beverages. Toast with a choice of local preserves, honey and our delicious homemade marmalade sets you up for the day. We are pleased to cater for any special dietary requirements you may have.
