First point to say kindly ask for the ground floor room if you are disabled and travelling with wheelchair as there is no lift at this place. The staff were efficient but not overly friendly as was the receptionist. The rooms were dated with sheet, blanket and very heavy throw. I had to ask for an extra blanket as was cold and there was not heating in her room despite struggling with the radiator. No accessible bathroom nor disabled facilities in the bathroom. Very difficult for wheelchair users. Average stay i would say.
