We aim to ensure and confident that all our guests have comfortable facilities, are treated efficiently and that all our guests are made to feel welcoming throughout their stay.

• There are flat access showers and en-suite facilities.
• Ground level access is from the main road leading to reception
• Help dogs are welcome at the hotel
• The front desk is at the low level
• Restaurant and bar on the ground floor. There are no steps
• There is a "drop / pick up point" outside the hotel but the public car park is about 200 yards from the hotel
• Reception staff available to assist guests with luggage
• There are public toilets on the ground floor
• News and general shops just a few minutes away from the hotel
• There is a regular bus service to the village
• The main train station is 30 minutes away by car in Pwllheli
• There is a taxi service and you can book at the hotel
• There is a lounge on the ground floor and a server service available if necessary
• There is a lift that connects all three floors
• Corridors are broad and well lit
