From a distance, the grey-silver stone of Seiont Manor Hotel in North Wales seems to blend in with the landscape. Here, in the foothills of Snowdonia, the property could still be a working farmstead – as it was in the 18th century.
Today, many things remain the same. The River Seiont flows through the grounds and you can enjoy the local unspoilt countryside with its many castles and small market towns or use Seiont as a base for walking or climbing in Snowdonia National Park.
Seiont Manor is situated in 150 acres of grounds and is surrounded by farmland, lakes and rivers, making it the most perfect of wedding venues in North Wales. Our accommodation near Caernarfon has 28 comfortable spacious bedrooms, all offering a balcony or patio doors. The hotel also has a 40 foot indoor swimming pool, award winning Llwyn y Brain restaurant and a conservatory brasserie.

After a bracing walk up Snowdon, or perhaps just an afternoon of relaxation in the hotel, your bedroom is always a welcome retreat. We have 28 in total, including large Family and stylish Executive rooms, and all are en-suite and have their own Juliet balconies or private terrace with views across the river, mountains or gardens.
Classic Rooms
Classic bedrooms are spacious double or twin rooms affording excellent views of the grounds and gardens. They offer a range of amenities and creature comforts including all the items you expect at a three AA red star establishment.
Executive Rooms
Our Executive bedrooms offer you all the benefits of a Classic – and a little bit more. All rooms either have doors opening on to the terrace or a Juliet balcony, offering great views across the grounds.
Family Rooms
Our Family rooms offer the same level of comforts as our Executive bedrooms but with a little more space and the option of an extra bed or a cot.
Junior Suites
Perfect for a special occasion or simply when you feel the need to be indulged, our Junior Suites are here to be enjoyed. Spending the night in a well appointed hotel suite is one of life’s real pleasures and our Junior Suites are just that. Each is individually decorated and occupies a great position within the building, with many located on the corners, offering exceptional views across the grounds thanks to the Juliet balconies or private terraces. Each Junior Suite has a feature bed and a large bathroom.

Free breakfast is served in a formal dining room. There’s a conservatory and a lounge with a fireplace, and afternoon tea is available. Other amenities include an indoor pool, a sauna and a gym, plus meeting and event facilities.

Read All ReviewsThis hotel was amazing can’t say much more really. The hotel is well equipped to cater for people with disabilities with a large well designed accessible room and wheelchair lift on the staircase. Only problem is with Swimming pool, it is very difficult to access the swimming pool if you are disabled and there is no holding rail on the wall for the shower. The room was large and comfortable and it’s good to have toilet bags into the bathroom. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
