A stylish townhouse boutique hotel with just 22 rooms in Guernsey’s capital St Peter Port. Fine food is served with panoramic picture views of the harbour and other Channel Islands beyond. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with balconies that soak up the sun for most of the day.

UPON ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL
We have a parking space within close proximity of the front door. There is a small ramp at the en-trance and then 3 steps to the reception desk, there is a hand rail. Assistance with luggage is available.
BEDROOMS
All our rooms are accessed by a carpeted corridor. There is a lift in the new wing of the hotel at the far end of the building which is accessed by a corridor without steps. The hotel does not have adaptable bathrooms with grab rails.
PUBLIC AREAS
Our lounge bar and restaurant for all drinks and meals, apart from room service, are found at the bottom of 15 steps and there is one very small lip at the door to exit onto the terrace. Once on this level there are no further steps in the bar or restaurant.
PUBLIC TOILETS (FOR PATRONS ONLY)
These are also to be found on the same level as the restaurant and lounge bar. Both the ladies and gentleman’s toilets have one step.
MEETING ROOMS
Our two meeting room are on the same level as the restaurant and lounge bar, however The Orangery has no steps, The Boardroom has two steps on entry.
FIRE ALARMS
The hotel holds a valid fire certificate with sounding bells only and does not have flashing lights. Assistance will be given in the event of an evacuation.
