Read All ReviewsI am in a wheelchair and stated when booking my needs of a toilet with grab rails to enable me to get on and off the toilet. The booking clerk confirmed that this was all in order and that they had a number of rooms with this facility. When I arrived at hotel and given the key to a ground floor room but it was impossible to get onto the toilet. I went back to reception and said that this room was not good and I informed receptionist that they had no disabled rooms. I had to use the disabled toilet in the bar/restaurant area which was well set out the the appropriate rails. Not at all recommend to disabled friendly users.
