Lake Avenue House B&B accommodation offers 3 luxury, spacious en-suite bedrooms (with TV and free WIFI) in a beautiful, scenic setting. Our premise is in an ideal location for visiting Cavan, Leitrim, Fermanagh and Northern Ireland.
We provide Bed and Breakfast guests with a choice of family, double orsingle room B&B accommodation. All Bed and Breakfast guest rooms are spacious with orthopaedic beds, televisions, hairdryers, toiletries, free Wifi, tea/coffee making facilities. Our bedrooms are all ensuite with power showers. Children are most welcome. We provide a folding bed, travel cot & high chair free of charge.
Relax on arrival in our guest sitting room and sample some of Catherine's complimentary home cooking with tea or coffee. Afterwards take a stroll through our beautiful landscaped gardens, then up the avenue to St. Peter’s Church which offers picturesque views down over Templeport Lake and St. Mogue’s Island.
After a good night's sleep, guests can avail of a traditional Irish breakfast and also enjoy our homemade breads, muffins and preserves.
