Read All ReviewsI requested a disabled/accessible wet room for me. The hotel confirmed everything was all booked. On arrival they put me into a large room, large double bed, not accessible, not for the disabled, no grab rails anywhere, WC too low and a step of about 8 inches to get in shower with nothing to hold on to unless you hold on to the glass. Poor! Exceptionally poor! I didn’t find any disabled facilities in the hotel during my stay. No recommendation.
