The Farmhouse at Redcoats, situated in the hamlet of Redcoats Green, Hertfordshire, dates back to the 15th century and boasts 4 acres with stunning views across the rolling Hertfordshire countryside.

With 13 country style guest rooms, a 70-cover conservatory restaurant and various charming private dining rooms, you can experience genuine farm-to-table dining, relax in the Old Kitchen and snug sitting rooms, enjoy an afternoon tea in our gorgeous gardens or stay over and make yourself at home in our bespoke bedrooms, each one boasting its own historic features.

Under new ownership The Farmhouse at Redcoats is now open for the next chapter in its illustrious history and is owned by the local Nye family.

It will be kept as a ‘way of life’ as it always has been.

Accommodation

There are 4 classically styled bedrooms in the main Farmhouse, 9 in the adjoining stable yard (which have been converted from the original stables and coach house), these retain many original features, stable partitions and original flooring and tiling.  There will be a further 15 country style guest rooms when the Grade 11 listed barn conversion across the yard is complete in 2018.

The bedrooms have king, double or twin beds, extra family beds in the family rooms and disabled access facilities in some rooms.

All rooms are bespoke and have everything you need for a comfortable stay, digital mod cons, flat screen TV, radio, wifi, tea and coffee making facilities.

If you want to be pampered and experience a relaxing holistic therapy treatment in the comfort and privacy of your hotel room, we can arrange this for you.

This hotel is not disabled friendly. Once I reach to the hotel, entrance has a steps & need to get out from my wheelchair. Further there is not disabled toilet so it cause me a problem. Unsuitable hotel for disabled users.
