The award winning 'The Riverside' is situated in the beautiful village of Boscastle in North Cornwall.
Nestled in a secluded valley, we have a thirteen bedroom establishment catering for walkers, cyclists, day trippers or holiday breaks.
In addition, overlooking the River Valency, the Riverside's restaurant and tea garden is a great spot to relax with family and friends. We offer teas, coffees, lunches, cakes, homemade Cornish cream teas and evening meals.
The 13 unpretentious rooms have relaxed pine furnishings and en suite bathrooms. They come with flat-screen TVs, DVD players and free Wi-Fi, plus tea and coffeemaking equipment.
Cooked English breakfast is complimentary. A traditional restaurant serves local seafood and British cuisine. There's also a Sunday carvery. A garden overlooks the river. Paid parking is 50 metres away in a village car park.

A full English breakfast is included in the tariff price and is served between 8:30am and 10:30am and has a choice of traditional full English breakfast, smoked kippers, haddock, salmon and all the usual accompaniments.
We have the prestigious BREAKFAST AWARD from VisitEngland that recognises establishments that offer their guests a quality and choice of breakfast, service and hospitality that exceeds what would be expected at their star rating.
VisitEngland awarded The Riverside the prestigious FIVE STAR award for its accommodation in November 2016. Although rated as a guest house, The Riverside offers many services of a hotel.
In Boscastle, all local residents and visitors are restricted to using the large pay and display car park opposite the Cobweb Inn, only 50 meters from the property. This car park charges daily from 10:00am to 5:00pm. After this time, the car park is free.
The Riverside is only five minutes from the South West Coastal path and Boscastle Harbour but is situated in the centre of the village. We are adjacent to all amenities, with excellent restaurants and pubs nearby.
