The Old Rectory, St Juliot The Old Rectory, St Juliot, The Old Rectory, St Juliot, Boscastle PL35 0BT, UK

In the Cornish countryside, 1.5 miles from the South West Coast path (coastal walking route), this quaint, 19th-century B&B is also 2.2 miles from the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic, and 6 miles from Tintagel Castle (King Arthur's supposed birthplace)

At The Old Rectory we pride ourselves in offering service beyond just Bed and Breakfast.

You will find The Old Rectory set in the middle of a quiet, mature 3 acre garden. With many wildlife areas, freshly cut flowers in your room and our own organic produce in your breakfast and evening meals.

Also, You can find The Old Rectory in a quiet, romantic setting, ideally located to enjoy the best that Cornwall has to offer. Sandy beaches, cliff walks and seaside villages are just 10 minutes. The Eden Project and more are just 50 minutes.

Our Rooms

Here at The Old Rectory we have four high quality en-suite rooms, the names of which are based on the history of the house. Super-fast wifi is available throughout the property.

We are a Dog Friendly Bed and Breakfast, allowing up to 2 well-behaved dogs in the 'Old Stable' room but no pets in the house. All children over 12 years old are welcome.

All guests who book directly with us can enjoy a free paper in the morning, and for those staying 3 nights or more, we offer a complimentary laundry service!

Breakfast

Even if you stayed at The Old Rectory for a week, you could try a different cooked breakfast every single morning.

Let's start with the Full Cornish - large sausage made with our own free range pork mince, dry cured Cornish bacon and Hog's Pudding, our fresh free range eggs, mushrooms and home-grown tomatoes, peppers and courgettes (in season).

We offer 4 types of locally smoked fish, including salmon, kipper and local trout and mackerel. Enjoy with your choice of eggs and vegetables.

For a lighter breakfast why not try the Cornish Rarebit - our local extra mature cheddar, mixed with egg and served on toast. Or French Toast, served savoury with Cornish bacon, or sweet honey and cinnamon.

On the side, you can help yourself to fruit juices, cereals, home-grown fresh or compote fruit, organic local natural yoghurt and brown and white bread to make toast just the way you like it.

We realise you're on holiday so we leave a complimentary newspaper of your choice outside your bedroom at 7:45am, and usually serve breakfasts from 8:30-10am. Sally is on hand to recommend top spots to visit so you make the most of your time here.
