Read All ReviewsStayed here on our visit to Chicago and were very pleased. We requested for accessible room and they did provided us one. Accessible room was well-appointed and comfortable. Bed was at perfect height with a very comfortable mattress. Bathroom was large, it had all the modern amenities as per the ADA standards. The hotel got us a wheelchair, at no cost to us, and we went all over the loop area. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of options. Staff was so helpful with theater, dinner and tour reservations and in assisting me whenever required.
