All of our 46 bedrooms are en suite and have recently been beautifully and sensitively renovated. These snug doubles are our smallest and most affordable rooms but still offer exceptional comfort for a great night’s sleep, as well as being uniquely and thoughtfully furnished. They are the perfect choice for those travelling alone or staying overnight in Edinburgh on business.

FAMILY

Our three family rooms sleep up to four people and are a great value for money option for families visiting Edinburgh. Sleeping arrangements in these rooms can be altered according to your wishes, we’ll furnish the room with two singles or one king size bed, depending on your needs. Two high-quality chair beds are provided too, perfect for children.

DOUBLE

There’s a little more room to spread out in our comfortable doubles. Stylishly decorated with Cole and Son designer wallpapers and one-off items of vintage furniture, these rooms are a popular choice for couples desiring great value and individuality.

TWIN

Side-by-side singles make our twin rooms a cosy and desirable choice for two travelling together. Comfort is key in these rooms, which are classically decorated in soothing colours, soft lighting and choice pieces of handsome wooden furniture.
