Read All ReviewsI stayed at this hotel for one night during my recent visit to Paisley. I was staying at a disabled friendly room but I found it not. There was no wet room it was a bath with a shower over it which is not accessible for wheelchair users. The bed was so high that it was extremely difficult to get onto it. It should be the same height as a wheelchair to allow you to slide onto it not have to be bodily lifted on. The staff could not have been more accommodating and service was excellent.
