Read All ReviewsI had been to Sunderland recently and had stayed at this hotel. Parking is not available on site, unless registered disabled. Our’s was accessible room and it was enormous. Comfortable bed at proper height, enough space to move around in wheelchair. Our bathroom was a wet room which was excellent as not all accessible rooms are. Most of the common areas were easily accessible. Room service was excellent. Staff was highly accommodating and offered help all the time.
