At the Old House Inn we are delighted to offer 6 stylishly decorated en-suite bedrooms located in a converted barn overlooking our large garden. Although just moments from Gatwick Airport, you couldn’t feel more far away.

All of the rooms are named after local woods and this woodland theme is much reflected in the decor of rich, earthy tones, contemporary furnishings and quirky original features. Super king size beds are complemented by Feather & Black bedding, luxury linens and in the upscale bathrooms lovely Bramley toiletries. Each room comes with a flat screen television with Freeview channels, data points for internet access, hair dryers and tea and coffee making facilities including homemade treats from Marshfield Bakery and fresh milk delivered daily to your door. Irons and ironing boards are also available on request and a wide selection of hearty home-cooked breakfasts, fresh pastries and fruit salad are included in the room rate.

Family time

Staying with the family or looking for a stopover before flying from Gatwick? We can also provide complimentary cots in any of our rooms whilst for children aged 12 and under, Z-beds can be arranged in both our Coombers and Stubbits rooms for an additional charge of £30 per night including our delicious home-cooked breakfast.We also provide a library for adults and children and a selection of board games to while away lazy afternoons.

Dog friendly

Dogs are warmly welcomed at The Old House Inn and a number of our rooms are equipped for canine occupancy, offering a comfortable dog bed plus water bowl. We ask for a small charge of £15 per night per dog and also kindly request that you please be considerate of your neighbours and do not leave your dog alone in the room. If you wish to dine with your dog, please book a table in the bar where you will find a doggy treat or two on offer.

Coombers and Stubbits

With views looking out over our vast gardens and surrounding countryside, Coombers and Stubbits are extremely spacious double rooms on the first floor. They are accessed by a bespoke timber walkway and have particularly striking bathrooms with roll-top baths for the ultimate in relaxation.

Wellfield, Furzers , Perry and Winns

Wellfield, Furzers , Perry and Winns are all situated on the ground floor with direct access to our beautiful garden. Each of these contemporary stylish rooms have en-suite wet-rooms with a double shower head. Wellfield and Furzers also have the added benefit of an inter-connecting door, perfect for families.

Winns, our ‘easy access’ room, with wider doorways, accessible bathroom fittings and support handrails also includes zip and link beds to create either a twin or a super king size bed.

All of our beds are dressed in sumptuous feather duvets for your comfort but we also have hypoallergenic bedding available on request.
