We are a privately owned hotel in Inverness which comprises of two river side properties located on beautiful banks of the River Ness in the heart of Inverness, the capital City of the Highlands.
We have been working hard over the past few years to upgrade all of our facilities which include the guest bedrooms and our fantastic conference venue and wedding venue.

Guests should be aware that we are a vibrant hotel with a busy bar, restaurant and events hall and that this should be taken into consideration when booking accommodation. Any live events or music in the hotel on the night of your stay will conclude by 12.30am. We cannot guarantee rooms will not be allocated above our function suite.

ACCESSIBLE SUPERIOR ROOM
At The Waterside Hotel Inverness we have one Disabled Access Superior Double Room which is also convertible to twin beds. The room is located on the hotel ground floor and is very close to the hotel reception allowing for ease of entry.
