Situated in prime position on the seafront, opposite the newly reopened Pier, the White Rock Hotel in Hastings is the perfect place for your visit to Hastings, whether for business or pleasure.

After considerable refurbishment, our hotel offers modern comfortable rooms and professional but friendly service.  As a hotel we offer the security and convenience of a 24 hour reception, food and drink available all day in our stylish cafe-bar and room service at no extra charge. We also have our own car park, free WiFi and a choice of meeting rooms. We are also licenced for small wedding ceremonies.

The Terrace cafe-bar's famed sea front terraces are the ideal place to breakfast al fresco, meet friends for lunch or sip cocktails in the moonlight.  Perhaps unusually for such a modern bar, we are also noted for our excellent local beers and our 'dogs welcome'  policy.

Rooms

Premier first floor seafront rooms have king-size beds and French windows with Juliette balconies overlooking the sea.

Superior second and third floor king size rooms are large and have spectacular sea views.

Standard king size rooms can be sea view or rear - those at the back are quieter. Some of these rooms have ‘zip and link’ beds so can be converted into a twin if our super twins are not available (this must be pre-booked and an additional cost will be charged).

Double rooms are our smallest rooms - at the back of the hotel and perfect for one person or a couple on a budget.

Super Twins are sea view or rear with two large beds.

Our family room sleeps four, as does our family suite (two separate rooms linked by a bathroom).

Facilities

There are a number of lounges for guest use; the residents lounge just off the cafe-bar has a internet enabled computer and printer for guest use.

The hotel is situated directly opposite a national cycle route (N2) and is within 15 minutes walk of Hastings Country Park and the many routes for walkers and cyclist to be found there. The hotel has a dedicated Boot Room for discarding your boots and washing them down and has a secure indoor cycle storage room.

• We have a small private car park for 16 cars, available to our guests on a first come, first served basis.
• There is also a choice of street parking (pay and display) and car parks within close proximity to the hotel. A free overnight pass (4pm - 11am) for the Pier car park (under the prom, opposite the hotel) is available from reception.
• Blue badge holders are advised to park at the front of the hotel in the pay and display bays (unlimited) or on the double yellow lines (3 hours) as they will find access to the hotel easier from the front. Access to the hotel is via steps.
• Pets are welcome.  We have two dogs and two cats of our own that can often be found helping out behind reception!
• The hotel is completely no smoking including on our outside terraces.
