Stayed for one night and on arrival we were told that we had a disabled room on the first floor, but unfortunately the lift was not working and the room was not at all disabled friendly. No accessible parking was available also the room given to us was not a wet room / walk in shower. No place to move with wheelchair and very difficult. If you book a disabled room do make sure it is on the ground floor, for us it was disappointing & inconvenient. Will not recommend.
