As I am disabled the receptionist quickly and efficiently sorted out a ground floor accessible room. Staying in a clean, comfortable and wheelchair accessible room, I can get in and use the spacious room with my mobility scooter. This is something I find that as a disabled customer not all hotels that claim to be accessible. Also easy access with mobility scooter from room to car park. The bed was a decent height instead of a normal height bed. Location was good and easily accessible. Good value for money.
